Smoker Dilemma


Nowadays  in most of countries in the world they have already made laws to ban smoking in public areas and also ban the advertisement of cigarettes even on cigarette packs the tobacco companies must put graphic/shocking horrible pictures to warn people who smoke about the side effect of cigarettes. This law becomes a big issue in the world and in some countries groups of activism are trying to encourage governments to make a law prohibiting smoking in public areas too. One thing to note that the law isn't banned people to smoke but isn't wanted people to smoke in public areas. Many people think that is an insane idea but the regulation have been made.

One argument against this law is that people who work for tobacco companies might lost their job. In some countries lots of people work for tobacco companies. If the company wasn't profitable they might be fired. That would resulting a thousand of unemployment. This will cause a new problem for the country. Another reason why people against this law because people think smoker will get encourage to smoke secretly and break  the law.

On the other hand government finally legalize this law because of health issues. Cigarettes are one of the causes of many chronic disease in the world. Even cigarette companies agree and they put it on their cigarette packs. Another point in favour of this law is smoking in public area cam disturb other people. They interfere directly and also indirect, because when people inhale cigarette smokes the chemical substance will accumulate and as the research says, passive smokers are affected more by breathing in cigarette smoke. One other opinion says that smoking is addictive and it can spent a lot of money. In some cases say people can't east but they can still smoke. It is pity as we know that eats is the primary need of human beings. 

In conclusion smoking shouldn't be banned but the place where they smoke should be controlled. The advertisement should be banned because it can encourage new smoker, especially young people. So if you are smoker take care where you smoke and try not to disturb other people too.
